What information Rizen LLC collects through getrizen.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and we never sell your information.

What we collect.

Information you send us. When you use the contact form, call, text or email us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, business name, email address, phone number and a description of your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for security and performance.

Information stored in your browser. Some features of the site, such as stickers you add or a theme setting, may be saved in your own browser so they are still there next visit. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us. See our Cookies Policy for details.

How we use it.

  • To reply to you and talk about your project
  • To send proposals, contracts and invoices if you become a client
  • To keep the site secure, working and fast
  • To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them

We do not use your information for automated decision making, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

3Sharing

Who we share it with.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, and only as much as they need:

  • WP Engine, which hosts this website
  • Google Workspace, which handles our email
  • HoneyBook, which we use for client communication, our business phone line, proposals and invoices
  • Google Fonts, which delivers some of the typefaces on the site and receives your IP address when a font loads

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4Retention

How long we keep it.

We keep inquiries for as long as we are talking with you, and client records for as long as we need them for the work, taxes and our legal obligations. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

5Your rights

Your choices and rights.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. Email hello@getrizen.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

6Security and children

Security, children and changes.

The site runs over HTTPS on managed hosting, and we keep WordPress and its plugins updated. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the contact form.

This site is meant for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
